We value our relationship with our customers and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges and returns can be done within 15 days of the receipt date under the following conditions:
New unworn and unwashed items with all original tags attached to them. The items must be free of any defects and resalable.
Sale items (price marked in red) are not refundable but can be exchanged for the same item if the requested size is available.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued and approved first before returns can be sent back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected at Bazaar Adriatic’s consent. Upon receipt of the merchandise a credit will be issue back to the original payment method or exchange will be processed.
How to request an RMA number:
Option 1 – Request RMA using online function
Login into your account
Under the Overview or My Order section, view the order that contains the item(s) you want to return.
Find the item you want to return then click on the ‘Need to return this product’ link.
Complete the steps and submit.
Option 2 – Request RMA by email
Send an email to contact@bazaaradriatic.com. Please indicate order number and reason for return. For exchanges, please also specify the requested size.
A RMA confirmation email will be sent shortly after once reviewed.
NOIR Products.
All Noir products have FREE returned shipping within 15 days of receipt. All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of any defects. The original tags for the item must be attached and in their original place. All overnight shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return label issued by Bazaar Adriatic will be standard USPS shipping.
To request a return label, please follow the above steps in requesting an RMA number.
